Shipping, Taxes and Duties FAQ's
Any item that you can add to cart is usually in stock. We only list items for sale that are actually available, but occasionally something has sold before our system catches up with it. In the unlikely event of this happening we will contact you within one day and arrange for a replacement or refund to your satisfaction.
Express delivery orders and most regular delivery orders placed before 11am (Sydney time - AEST/AEDT) on a business day are usually shipped from our warehouse same-day. During busy periods there may be small delays to dispatch some orders.
Cost to ship these orders depends on your location and what items you have selected - you can get a quote for an individual item on each page, or at the cart for your whole order. International Taxes and Duties
We do not currently collect tax or duties for any country except Australia - for any other global resident you will need to arrange payment of applicable taxes and duties within country as applicable.
